Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

Engagements may require a non‑refundable deposit to reserve delivery capacity. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.

2. Milestone Billing

Work is billed against milestones or time & materials. Completed milestones are non‑refundable once delivered and accepted, except where required by law.

3. Cancellations by Client

• Before work starts: refund of any amounts paid, excluding the non‑refundable deposit (if applicable).
• After work starts: client pays for time and expenses incurred up to the effective cancellation date.

4. Cancellations by Company

If ANNA REDDY KOLA cancels without cause, we will refund unused prepayments for undelivered work.

5. Change Requests

Scope changes may affect cost and schedule. We will provide revised estimates for approval before proceeding.

6. Timelines for Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
